The media could not be loaded.  The best led lights I have purchase, fast shipping and easy set up, I have nothing bad to say about this product everything works perfectly and I am happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  Only issue is I can't get the remote to work🙃 I was kind of disappointed. Had to download the app. Does anyone know how to get the remote to work. Other than that the lights are great, the brightness is great. My daughter LOVES them!

The media could not be loaded.  That slight brightness with the white honestly doesn’t bother me that’s why I’m keeping it! And again the 3rd strip we cut it so it’s a bit longer, only complaint is the Bluetooth doesn’t have the strongest connection so its constantly disconnecting.

I was happy with these lights and how bright and colorful they were....for about a day. Within 2 days, these lights stopped functioning entirely - I have no idea why they are so cheaply built. The seller's warranty policy says that there is a 1 year warranty with free replacement and refund....lets see if they honor it.

This product comes with a variety of different colors and was super easy to apply. I am really happy with this buy as it is exactly what I was looking for and it even has different settings for the lights which you can adjust with just a click of a button. Those settings include strobe lights if you wanna go for a bit of fun and if you're looking for something subtle then it also has a smooth transition settings. My favorite is the choices of different colors, its hard to choose which one I like, but that's why I can just change the color using the remote according to what mood I'm in today.Overall I am very satisfied with the product and will be buying again in the future because I can never have enough strip lights! :)

I got these for Christmas, and they worked great for about four months and then they stopped working properly. The power button on the remote and the built in fob won't turn it on/off, they instead turn it to Red or "Blue". I say "Blue" because it's actually a shade of Purple, but if you select Blue that's what the lights turn to. None of the colors match up/correspond correctly, if I press any of the color options, the lights switch to a similar but not exact/right color. For example, Red is Red, Orange is Yellow-Green, Green is Green, Cyan is Cyan (but only at the highest brightness level, if it's lower than that it's white), and Blue and all of the Pink/Purple shades are the same shade of Violet. As aforementioned, the hue also changes when the brightness level is adjusted. Overall the adhesion, brightness, set up, etc was all great, they just stopped working properly and I can't fix them. Also, the app wouldn't connect and didn't make much sense.

UPDATEDOnce the seller heard that I was not able to send a video (due to Amazon size restrictions), a new light kit was shipped to me. I received it in a couple of days. It turns out the part that plugs into the wall and then into the light strip was defective. Once we replaced that part, everything worked! We didn't even have to replace the light strip on the wall! My son loves these lights! He uses them with the remote (provided) and app on his phone.We ordered these lights for our son's bedroom, and he was so excited to receive them! He spent an hour placing them along the ceiling, lining them up, ensuring the adhesive stuck, etc. But when he plugged them in, there were only a couple of colors available. When he partially unplugged the strip, that is when the other lights came on. We contacted the seller, who responded right away, asking for a video of the issue. I have tried repeatedly to share a video, but Amazon limits the size to 10MB. So now I am stuck with lights that sort of work and no way to remediate the issue other than take them down and return the whole thing. What a pain!

One strand didn’t work, so I ordered a replacement. I was charged for the replacement even though the listing says they will send a free replacement. One of the strands in the second box didn’t work. So it took two boxes of lights to get three working strands. The lights from the second box are not the same colors as the first box and aren’t as bright. I should have just sent it all back instead of trying to make them work. Overall, my daughter is pleased, but I don’t think they are worth the money.
