ELP ESSENTIAL Arnica Montana Capsules 100 Capsules

I ordered these after getting trying the quick dissolve tablets (which worked stupendously). These were purchased for recovery from eyebrow microblading procedure, which I had done previously. The recovery for this second procedure was nothing! No pain the next day, next to no scabbing, just incredible results and fast healing thanks to the help of the Arnica! The one downside, as a Type 1 diabetic that wears an insulin pump and a continuous glucose monitor, the Arnica works so well that it heals up my insulin and CGM sites too soon. I should be able to wear my pump for three days and my CGM for 10. I’m lucky to get two days out of them when I take Arnica because it works that well. Unfortunately, I can’t take it every day but I do pick and choose when to use it and have also purchased the cream to help externally to avoid the loss of use of my much needed diabetic equipment.

I knew I was going to have surgery so I ordered this ahead of time. I had a previous surgery and did not have this so I can tell you the difference! I knew this surgery would have significantly more bruising than my previous one, so the day I came home I started taking this at least twice a day, 3x if I could remember it! My doctor was surprised that my bruising wasnt as much as he expected so I told him what I'd been taking. He was impressed! The bruising also didn't last as long as the previous surgery. It turned that beautiful yellow much quicker than when I didn't take this. So, I didn't take this for pain - I took it specifically for healing my bruising. And I would DEFINITELY recommend it for that!

Plastic surgeons office suggested the Arnica Montana supplement to assist with bruising and inflammation during my explant/healing process. I started taking one capsule per day one week prior to my procedure. Today, I am 5 days post op (still taking one capsule per day) and I barely have any bruising remaining. I have noticed a HUGE difference in how quickly the bruising has healed. Typically I bruise very easily and the bruises tend to camp out and stay a while so I am genuinely shocked at the difference. For me there have been no unfavorable side effects since starting the Arnica capsules. If you have an explant or a surgery or any kind coming up this was a game changer for me!

No aftertaste. Easy to swallow. Using for swelling after surgery and it has done a great job.

Excellent in complementing viral diseases such as dengue and chicungunya.

I have arthritis which causes me a lot of pain, I was taking Motrin everyday, but wanted to switch to something more holistic since Motrin is really bad in your stomach, I started taking tumeric as an anti inflammatory which does thin your blood and causes bruises. I bruise alot all over with the slightest touch. The bruises are very eye sore to me and make me feel like I need to tell people why I have bruises everywhere. I finished a bottle and decided I wasnt n going to purchase another bottle thinking I maybe didn’t need it anymore. I went a whole week without it and all the bruises came back. I bought another bottle and now I’m not bruising as easy. I definitely recommend it.
