Awful!!! Everything was thawed out. Not sure for how long

I received my IBP in a Styrofoam container. I put them in the freezer for storage. I would take out a package of four, place them in defrost mode in my microwave. Then I could separate one from the rest. I usually cooked them on a skillet. And they turned out well. Sometimes I would use a meat thermometer at 160 to see if they were done. They turned out good and were edible. However at $10 per patty they are expensive.
