Wrong vitamin B6 in this product
In this supplement D3 and K2 is also vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine HCL - shame on you Dr Berg - in one of your YT videos you say to not take this form as it can be very bad for our body, it causes depression, stress and anxiety. I started taking it, didnโt know about your recommendation to take only B6 P-5-P, but my sleep shortened so drastically and I just figured it out that b6 in your product is the one to blame. So why Dr Berg is using forbidden by himself vitamin B6 in his own product?
