REX10S4 10-Inch Single 4 Ohm Voice Coil Woofer

RE Audio is one of the best speaker makers around today. I am running this with a Zapco DC amp bridged with a custom ported box. The bass is clear and concise, sometimes a little overpowering but manageable with a little tweaking from your head unit. I am not a young listener so my tastes in music has developed into appreciation instead of loudness but I do know and only invest in quality components. Just for the record, my personal consists of a Kenwood Excellon head unit, A Zapco DC competition amp, Rainbow Platinum line components and the RE sub. The system produces a clear and full sound at all sound levels.

I put this subwoofer in specs box and only had a mtx 200 watts 2ohm and 150 4ohms had amp set on bout 80watts at 4 ohm and it didn't last 2 day's.

Placed this in a L-ported box tuned at 29 hz and paired it with a dayton audio SPA-250 and my eagle arion. If i say its loud when connected to my pc its an understatement it hits hard...its built for brutality as it states...highly recommend getting this.

Good quality entry level sub.sounds best in a sealed enclosure, doesn't quite have the power handling for a ported setup pulling deep.Recomend this sub and the name brand in general.just ordered the SCX 10 to go ported.
