I am really enjoying this whole leaf green tea. While I have local green tea options. I prefer whole leaf, and I like that this does not have competing secondary flavors common in most. Good value as well.

I drink green tea almost every day (it’s my “coffee” 😁) and have gone through several pounds of another gunpowder green organic brand. I saw this one was cheaper and thought I’d give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Right away I noticed how fresh and “grassy” the leaves smelled. I brewed the leaves for three minutes in water heated to 180, then drank it iced with honey. Oh my! I don’t think I’ve ever had green tea this fresh and flavorful. I would describe the taste as smooth (not bitter) and complex. I honestly wake up in the morning and can’t wait to brew some.

I purchased this as a first-time user of loose-leaf tea. I previously used green tea bags but have been reading about all the plastic in those bags so wanted to give this a try in an infuser. The freshness and flavor difference really surprised me. It tastes so much better than what I had been drinking before and I like that it is organic. The bag is resealable and opens wide enough to easily fill my infuser. I like the spell of the tea and drink 2 cups every morning to start my day.

My wife drinks the tea and really liked the taste. The thing she didn't like was the "dust" that made it through the Tea Infuser and floated in the tea.

***Just personal preference, but could be relevant to you. I came back to this tea after ordering what I thought was an equivalent tea, (From Great Origins) but this is definitely better! I am a 2 cup per day (minimum during the winter) and I do not want my tea to be "smoky." This tea as opposed to the FGO brand is not smoked (from what I detect). Its fresher and closer to the true plant. Why the heck would someone want their tea roasted? There is no way its as healthy. The smoked tea also tastes drastically worse. I wouldn't want to out a poor rating on FGO, because it might just be me.

I’d never had green tea before ordering this. I tried this product once and learned I’m not a green tea drinker-I ordered it for iced tea in the summer. Not! If you are a green tea drinker I think this is a quality product. My neighbor got this and he says he really enjoys it.

At first, I was slightly put off by the smokey flavor, but now I crave it each morning. A lot of people complain the tea is bitter but I guarantee they are brewing too hot, too long and using too much water. I brew 15 grams of tea with 200ml. of water not exceeding 175F. Only 30 seconds per steep will brew you a tasty cup of tea. I wholeheartedly recommend this tea.

This tea is horrible with a bad taste and bad quality. I drink a lot of organic gunpowder green tea, but this tea didn't even taste smooth or good. I normally drink the Numi organic gunpowder green tea, but it has gone up substantially in price to $50 for a 1 lb. bag. I thought I'd give this one a try based on the reviews, but it's undrinkable. I will try another brand.
