Instant hot water and compact unit
been installed and working now for a few months. I replaced an existing one that lasted about 7 years. Great Instant Hot water.

Smelt burnt straight away, so I binned it as I was scared to keep it in my house m. seller won't refund or partial refund because I don't have it to send back
