Q: How do I know it's charging? I have plugged it into the wall with the cord provided.

You should see a red light come on right above the sd card slot. It will stay on the whole time you have it plugged in. I was hoping it would go off when it is fully charged but it doesn't.

please press LED button (the light button of the item). LED light will be changed follow your music sound, when the song is low, it can not spin; when slience, it can spin and change colors.
