Headache to setup, Poor quality control
The cutting software included on the USB has a corrupt install. You cannot select a printer through it. You have to download the software from the website. (CD might work but who has a CD drive anymore?) After screwing around for hours trying to get this to work I opened the machine up and found the connector from the USB port to the motherboard was disconnected. The hotglue they used on all the other connections was not properly applied on this one. Wasted hours to get this thing running. Thankfully the machine works now, though the stand is terribly flimsy and the powdercoating is already flaking off and the control panel surround is lifting.
