Yes, this is a print on photo paper. I bought this as a gift for someone who’s wedding color was Tiffany Blue, so I had it nicely framed with a mat and it looks fantastic. Very elegant.

This fits perfectly with the decor in my room. I love the scripture and the creative way it is displayed with a lovely shoe. I took one star off because the photo arrived kind of wavy. It was not entirely flat even though it was packaged to be flat. It still looks good but you can see the waves in it when you are at different angles in the room.

should put better description in heading - save your money
$12.99 for a piece of printed paper....although it's nice paper, it couldn't have cost them more than $.50 to make. Rip off! yes, in the fine print, it states it's just an unframed print.....but it is seriously just a piece of printed paper....not worth $12.99.....save your money!

Beautiful picture
This is a great picture. But for the price I say don’t do it. It’s not framed and for the price it should be. You could use a color printer and get the same thing for free.
