Philips D3S 4300K 35W Standard Xenon HID Headlight Bulb, OEM Bulk Packaging (Pack of 2)

This is a perfect OEM match for a VW or Audi. I have a 2013 VW Tiguan. Wife has a 2013 Audi Q-5. The brightness and color are an exact match to the OEM bulbs. Made in Germany by Phillips. Stamped on the back just like the original bulbs. Each one of these bulbs cost $186.00 at the VW dealership. I just saved a ton of money !!!! I changed both lights, even though only 1 side was burned out, but at this price it was worth it and manufacturer says to do both headlights if you can.

Purchased these because others have purchased for their Chevrolet Impala with OEM HID. Boxes came in an Amazon mailer. Nowhere did the box have a Certificate of Authentication. Only label was the one holding both boxes together. I purchased these because the details indicated there would be a COA that could be validated. No paperwork with the bulbs. Bulb installs as normal. One day of use, color seems close to OEM for a 2014 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. Light output seems to be slightly less than OEM but very useable. Perhaps due to color? The headlight bulbs being sold by the Buick dealership for 2013 Enclaves is ridiculous! Even the bulbs at the automotive supply stores seemed excessively expensive.These bulbs are a fraction of the price. I called Philips to confirm if they’re authentic and they weren’t sure but suspected that they were authentic European versions being sold at a bulk price. They don’t seem as bright as the original bulbs but are working fine so far.

Appear to be the real thing in bulk packaging, matching the originals in every way. Both bulbs work perfectly so far. Other reviews have said they doubt these are real OEM...I find that hard to believe since they would need to be spending a whole lot to manufacture an OEM identical and fully functional product. Perhaps simply grey market intended for manufacturers or repair industry?

I only replaced 1 bulb on 2013 GMC Acadia since only 1 bulb was burnt out. It works fine and matches the OEM light color from the original bulb in the other headlight. I did notice a low level humming noise from this bulb compared to no noise from the OEM bulb. Time will tell on longevity

worked better then the OEM Xenon bulbs that came in my 2013 VW CC, and also at a fraction of the price from dealer!
