Terabithia 20" African American Reborn Baby Doll, Soft Weighted Realistic Girl, Dark Brown Skin, Sweet Smile

This is going to make one little girl extremely happy Christmas morning! I am always nervous when purchasing dolls online. This one is so cute, the weight is perfect, I believe she will be able to wear 0-3m clothes which is exactly what my daughter wanted. Shipping was also spot on.

I purchased this doll for my granddaughter and I am very disappointed. The doll looks scary her hair is horrible and hard. In fact I I’ve been asked if it was a bait & switch. At first I dismissed that possibility however after returning to visit my granddaughter and looking at the doll it’s either a horrible mistake or batch. I’ve never written a review however I think it’s important that we value & see customers as well as take responsibility for the products we choose to represent. She waited all year with the expectation that she would get a doll that looks beautifully natural like an image of a AA baby .

I bought this sweet doll for my sister who suffers with dementia. She never had her own children but I knew she had been a terrific babysitter in her teen years and a Godmother many times over. She suffers anxiety and a lot of sadness, but this baby doll brings her immense JOY. She has become less anxious and a LOT more at peace and happy.However, within 2 weeks the baby started to get weird discoloration-almost like bruising and now of late she's turning yellow. Very weird. I'm thinking I should replace it but I don't want to get the same one again for fear the discoloration would occur?!

This doll is SO CUTE. I’m pretty happy with the overall size and feel of the doll. Only thing is that theComplexion of the doll is much darker than expected. After seeing another photo review of this same doll, theirs was lighter. I’m going to reach out and see if the seller can send another one as my goal was to get my toddler a doll that matched her complexion but if the second doll is the same as this one it’s Overall not worth it to me to return but just important to know that you might get a doll with darker complexion than expected!

Just as pictured! Her hair is soft and looks real but it is kind of thin. Her face and arms and legs look so real and even vein features. She is beat and I can not wait to giver her to my daughter on Christmas!

I thought this doll would be more life like with real feeling skin but its like any other doll off the store rack. Not happy with it but I didn't let my granddaughter see my disappointment. She likes it but she did say its different from the other baby I bought her, that one feels and looks like a real baby. Also somehow my grandson was able to easily break the leg off.. I wouldn't recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  She is so pretty! Just like the photo (the one with the green shirt and little overall shorts and hair bow). She's got such a realistic shaped face and head. She even has painted veins and mottling of the skin which is like red and white blotches that happen when you're cold, if you're caucasian or have light skin). She fits into 0-3 month baby clothing but newborn size is probably best. You can loosen the zip ties, that hold the head and limbs on, using a thumbtack or needle, so they can't rotate more easily and you could also remove some of the polyfiber filling and add rice in pantyhose or glass beads to make her feel heavier and have the head flop like a real newborn baby. That's what I did
