Second one I have bought. Got this one for a different part of the house. First anker lead and plug lasted 364 days. The cable lasted one day under a year! Bought another cable to replace the lead, plug still fine. Bit sad that it only lasted a year, as it is kept in same plug, and never moved, so not man handled. However it charges so damn quick, it is superb on this front. Million times better than the original apple one.

After a month my charger has stopped working all of a sudden ://///Edit: was contacted and got a replacement charger which works perfectly so I am pleased with that

I've bought a lot of Anker kit over the years and have found it good and reliable for the most part. We bought two of these charger / cable bundles, but recently one of the chargers broke in a less than helpful way after only 5 months use: the long (used-to-be "earth") pin on the charger snapped off when being removed from a 4-way extension cord, leaving both charger and extension cord unusable.I'm not holding my hands up in horror and saying "it's a health & safety nightmare", but flagging up in case the same may have happened to anyone else and that more care may be required on insertion and removal as the long pin on the charger is plastic. All the rest of my Anker kit is fine and dandy.

I bought this as I lost my apple one. I trust (after some research) Anker for replacement products and that hasn’t changed. However the information states that it is suitable for iPad Air/pro etc and only the plug is. The cable is only suitable for iPhones. The iPad (I think) is C-C whereas the iPhone cable is C-Lightening. I needed the plug and the cable and at the time didn’t know the differences and since the usb C plug was really only for iPads I made the assumption that the cable was C-C. I think the information in the description needs to be clearer. It’s still a good product and if needed USB C iPhone cable would have been very happy. Good value for money, I wouldn’t say the plug is great for travelling it’s just a plug it doesn’t fold like an apple one.

Great charger very quick to fully charge my phone. The fold up plug is brilliant and easy to carry when travelling. Would recommend
