Work Gently, No Cramps
I tend towards constipation and some of the herbs/meds I am on worsen it. I take these pretty much daily and they are effective and work gently. No cramps. You might get a little gassy, but that's to be expected. They are a great value for the money. Because they're herbal, they are better for your system. I recommend these to those who struggle with regularity.
