Best Balsamic on the Market!
Hands down one of the BEAT balsamic vinegars I’ve bed used! It’s thick, flavorful, robust, a perfect for drizzling in all filet mignon, salad, baked potatoes, bruschetta, and mozzarella and tomatoes for a light appetizer or just a little light dinner of mozzarella and tomatoes. The flavor profile is unique in that it’s very strong yet light, is sweet and sour, and the thickness of the balsamic means that a little goes a long way. I night the pack of two thinking it may be something that was overhyped as things usually are on Amazon reviews , epically with fake reviews by non-verified purchasers - AI reviews that sell you on a product and you get it to only be disappointed. Not the case for this balsamic. I really enjoy the thick sticky nature of the balsamic - it sticks perfectly to well dried Romain and veggies in a salad and doesn’t run off as long as you’ve used a salad spinner to make sure everything is dry and the product has something to bling too If you like bold, musty grape flavors that have been aged perfectly rly for unique dishes, I highly recommend this product and you won’t be disappointed at all. This beats most of the market balsamic - even on a mid-range price for the lack of two. It’s a must have kitchen staple for marinades, straight on drizzles, vinegrettes, and finishing off your dishes for parties. Set the bottle out for people to use and it will start conversations.

Exceptional Balsamic
Other than Amazon, this product is difficult to find, so I was happy to find it there. We first found this item in Italy and loved how good and smooth it was. For the price, this is the best balsamic vinegar, and can't be beat. It is thick, so it clings to anything it is poured on. It is just bit sweet, just enough so that it is smooth. You can even pour it on fruit for dessert.

Thick luxurious and delectable aged balsamic vinegar
This is truly a thick aged balsamic vinegar that is absolutely delectable! I’ve tried a few other premium brands and I always return to Due Vittorie Oro Gold. This aged balsamic vinegar is perfect for salads, perfect for tomato and mozzarella, delicious as a glaze over meats, perfect for any recipe calling for a true balsamic vinegar. I highly recommend it.

High quality!
There's nothing like good quality Balsamic! It's not cheap stuff but good quality stuff and I'm stuck on it regardless of the higher cost. It's not thin like the cheap products but thick almost like a reduction already. Full bodied flavor. Really good. Comes in a really attractive bottle too.

Due Vittorie Oro Gold Balsamic Vinegar
I recently tried Due Vittorie Oro Gold Balsamic Vinegar, and I’m quite impressed with it. This barrel-aged Modena balsamic vinegar brings a level of quality that stands out in my kitchen. The first thing I noticed was the rich, dark color and the syrupy consistency, which is a hallmark of a good balsamic. The taste is fantastic, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. It has a deep, complex flavor with hints of fig and cherry, and a smooth, velvety finish that lingers on the palate. It’s not the best balsamic vinegar I’ve ever had, but it’s fairly high quality and works well for a variety of uses. I’ve used it in salad dressings, drizzled over fresh berries, and even as a finishing touch on grilled meats. It adds a delightful tang and enhances the flavors of whatever dish I pair it with. The barrel aging process really shines through, giving it a nuanced depth that you don’t find in cheaper vinegars. Overall, Due Vittorie Oro Gold is a solid choice if you’re looking for a high-quality balsamic vinegar that won’t break the bank. It may not be the absolute top-tier, but it’s a fantastic addition to any pantry and brings a touch of elegance to everyday meals. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their culinary creations.

Incredible Balsamic for price
I purchased this after watching a video on types of balsamic and what constitutes the difference between "real balsamic" and "vinegar based balsamic". Turns out real balsamic consists of a single ingredient: grape must that's been aged a minimum of 12 years. This, while not being 100% grape must, contains only 2 ingredients: grape must and wine vinegar with grape must being the top most ingredient and having been aged to some degree. How long? I couldn't find that detail in the listing. Regardless, this is a far cry away from what you'd find in a normal grocery store where the top ingredient is typically vinegar with only a small percentage being grape must leading a very astringent, vinegar taste rather than a complex sweet taste that you see here. While I couldn't find an actual percentage score on the bottle, I can say with certainty that this is far and away the best balsamic I've ever personally tasted. It is not $120 a bottle so allows you to experiment a bit with the flavors without feeling the need to preserve every single drop while still being tasty enough to want to highlight it's unique flavors. If you've never had "real balsamic" and don't want to drop $120 bucks... this is a great option imo. Probably me new go-to for balsamic

Imballo strepitoso
