Really not sure how to rate this because there are big positive things about this, and also huge negative. First the positive: - this came unbelievably well packed. Double wrapped and protected with styro, corner protectors, cardboard all stretch wrapped inside another cardboard box. There was no way short of the delivery truck running it over, that any damage could come to this in the shipping process. - nice clear mirror with even and clean bevel. No blemishes or distortion in the mirror at all. The negative: - the item I ordered was pictured and described as pine stained. The item I received was a chocolate, ebony color and very, very dark. It was a pretty color, but not the color I ordered. Either I was sent the wrong item, or their description and photos are way off. - the finish of the frame is quite shiny and does not look like real wood at all. I specifically shopped for only solid wood frames and did not even consider artificial materials. Although this may actually be real wood (there was no way to test without scratching and damaging the frame), it didn't look real. End result, is that because of the color not being what I ordered, I did return it. I could be tempted to order another pine stained mirror in the hopes I'd receive the correct item this time, but with the shiny finish being something I also disliked, I think it's safer to look elsewhere.

Great mirror ... Packaged well. Wood is treated with shiny finish that I wasn't expecting but still like the mirror.

This mirror was delivered smashed in a thousand pieces, never opened the box, when I lifted the box, you could hear the pieces fall in the box, I'm sure I would have loved the mirror, but never got to see it

I am in love with this mirror! It is everything I was hoping it would be and pulled my bathroom reno together nicely. Quality is top notch. It is heavy and solid. The wood finish is gorgeous. I will buy another for my en-suite reno.

This mirror is beautiful. very sturdy and came all in tact. It makes my bathroom complete.

I would give this product a 5 star if the frame would not be darker than the one in the picture. I have bought another one form different online stare and was prefect.

Excellent quality for the price! It was exactly what we were looking for when remodelling our farmhouse/industrial bathroom!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered it as it was made in Canada, real wood, etc, it took awhile to arrive, I checked the shipping history & it originated from the U.S! Went to several stops & arrived broken, despite being clearly labeled this side up & fragile. There was only a thin strip of styrofoam around the mirror. Although it would’ve been nice if not broken I was afraid to reorder & same ordeal.....
