1) Physical:- Beautiful Sturdy Box and packaging 5*.- The packaging from the manufacturer is very sturdy. The main unit with power cord and two attachments are in seperate plastic bags. The box contains user's manual and a warranty card.- The product feels quite heavy in hands which tells about the good quality of parts and materials used in making it. The plug, power cord,on/off button and filter removal knob are easy to operate and of good quality.2) Performance:- The noise of the fan doesn't hurt ears,it's pretty normal.- The suction of the product is very powerful 👌- It sucked all the dust and small stones from driver-side mat in just 2 minutes so I guess it would take maximum of 20-30 minutes to clean 4 seater cars.- The junction of nozzle and main unit is very precise so none of the debris would come out of the machine. Plus the nozzle has a rubber diaphragm at its entrance so when you suck the dust it will open and let the debris enter it,at the same time when you turn off the machine this diaphragm will shut the nozzle close so no debris would fall back into the car. This is pretty intelligent mechanism. So there is no spillage of debris at all.- Use two attachments wisely as per their indications.3) Cleaning:- Just remove the nozzle from main unit after pressing the knob.- Clean main unit with a microfiber cloth only,never use water for cleaning electric part,a common sense!- Gently remove HEPA filter from the nozzle,tap it gently on a soft door mat until no dust comes off it. As instructed to me by customer care,to maintain the full year lifetime of HEPA filter and even to increase it just dry clean it,avoid using water as water reduces life of filter and fitting of the filter is also affected after washing.- Wash plastic part with very mild detergent and water,dry them with microfiber cloth and let all them dry in a shadowed place before reassembling them.- Gently put HEPA filter inside nozzle and attach them to main unit for next use.4) Customer Support:- Post-sale customer support is as equal as the quality of the products and Starq Retails is upto that mark.- They have responded to me promptly and in-detail whenever I raised a query regarding the usage,cleaning and care of the product. They selflessly give me advice about how to handle the product and increase the life of the product.- The product comes with one year in-box warranty which is very confident of a car vacuum cleaner and says about the quality and service of the product.- Instead of running after foreign based brands, go for Starq Car Vacuum Cleaner which is not only an Indian brand but you easily get better product and service as compared to other brands.

Defective item is dispatched which don't start only.. when I opted for return some small part arrived , not whole unit.That I didn't accept it, returned to supplier.Now defective piece lying at my home.Don't know whom to contact..

So I recieved the box. The packaging box was in shape but the inside box was deformed...but all the items were fine and undamaged. This vaccum cleaner works good,suction power - greatNoise - as you have with other vaccum cleanerQuality - AmazingPrice - greatNow this has just 1 negativeThe wire heats up as you use it, like within 2 minutes of usage wire starts heating up idk why but it's a problem for me I guess. Apart from that it cleans up dust amazingly and easily.

Most imp thing in a vacuum cleaner is suction power, which in this product is Average.It dose do the job but takes time.

This a very handy value for money vaccum cleaner. It's all plastic and very light weight. But it's fairly robust and can easily take a couple of falls without breaking.Suction power is sufficient for its size and will easily lift off dust and small debris from the carpets and car seats. Don't expect the suction power of a home vaccum cleaner. For heavily soiled carpets, you'd have to first either use a more powerful home vaccum cleaner or simply pat them hard on ground to loosen up and dislodge the harder dust layers. Then this cleaner can do the rest. If you use it regularly, you won't need to use the home vaccum cleaner anymore.This little beast runs off the cars power and makes the most out of that limited supply. I do keep the engine running while using this as it draws a fair amount of power from the car battery.Overall a great addition to my existing car cleaning kit and becoming atmanirbhar.

Good Product. for 12 V we can't expect great suction power. product is good made with good plastic. Overall we liked it.

The suction is indeed decent. It does help me keep my car neat and dust free. It sucks even tiny pebbles. It is quite powerful for this price. I did not expect such a decent performance from a vacuum at this price. Also the cable is quite lengthy that it will reach every corner of your car, even the boot. I would recommend this vacuum. However it would've been better if it had even better suction. Also it tends to get hot after 3-4 minutes of continuous usage. So it is recommended that you switch it off for a minute or so to let it cool down and thus it will reduce the chances of the motor burning out.
