Amazing taste!
I was skeptical at first, but after several months of used, I'm a fan! We use this to further filter our tap water for tea, cooking and our pet's water. The taste is clean, instructions are easy, and with bi-monthly cleaning, it's been great! We swapped the plastic spout for the BB stainless steel spout when we bought it, too. It's easy to keep filled and pretty durable with moderate handling during scheduled hand cleaning. Great value for the money. Definitely recommend.

Only a four star as the tap broke, then again what do you expect for a flimsy plastic tap!Asked Amazon for a replacement tap and they gave me a credit note instead which covered the cost of buy a stainless steel one! 👍🏻

12 L system ships with 2 of the filter ports plugged
This size system (12 L) is designed to make use of 4 ceramic filters, but only two are included in the package. As shipped, the system comes with two of the filter ports plugged so that it's still usable, but the filtration rate is very slow. This should at be made more clear on the Amazon product webpage- customers should know that they must purchase additional ceramic filters (at significant cost) to make full use of the product.
