This a great product. I purchase these for father who loves quail. We no longer have wild quail in east Texas. The quail is tender and great tasting

When I received the package I open it immediately as you see in pictures no ice no dry ice nothing to keep the quail cold. Warm and smelly. Un unusable.

The qual bird was whole

Very clean birds. No feathers. A lot of attention to detail. And of course they are delicious.

These quail are terrific. No kidding. My wife and I "discovered" them about a year ago. Quail (in case you have never had them) are very tender and sweet. These are not "bobwhite" quail you might have heard if you grew up in the south. Nevertheless these come pretty close. You can stuff them with dry pitted prunes or anything you might devise. Worth it.
