Perfect fit
We had an accident and broke ours. Only way to replace was to buy a complete new bottle. The manufacturer was unable to help us. I located this and was worried about the fit. When arrived it felt much like the original. Thick glass and fit perfectly

Slits in the chamber that shouldn't be there
Edit to add: I was able to reach Zentrinsic through Facebook, and Matt responded to me right away apologizing for the trouble and sending me a replacement for free along with another bonus. I have adjusted from 1 star to 5 for great customer service.Waste of money and no option to return. I bought a replacement chamber after the original one broke. The replacement has slits on both sides making it unusable for crystals. Frustrating to say the least.

Perfect fit -shipped fast
This is a replacement piece for Zen water bottle to hold stones-so glad to have it again-it is fragile so Zen bottle users should probably keep a spare on hand
