I’ve been on a diet but I’m trying to keep my protein up. This snack is tasty and satisfying and a great source of protein. Nice crunch and good flavor yet calories are low. It’s nice that they come in individually prepackaged amounts so you know the exact nutritional value for each packet. Highly recommended.

I am giving this a 5 star review , even though I can no longer consume them. The taste is subtle and the texture was fine and had the perfect crunch . I bought these to help satisfy my crunch craving , however they did not agree with me . I am a bariatric patient who is almost two years out from surgery , and sometimes certain food just does not agree with my stomach , no rhyme or reason . So while the taste was there , I sadly can not finish the pack . However I do recommend

Good if you like a salty, crunchy snack. I like the portion size is already planned out for me. Good protein grams for the calorie count. Texture is a little dry. Wish healthier snacks were a little cheaper.

There okay. I think it's the nature of the snack. It very dry but it's a good quality and the salt level is good. I think if I added them to a salad I would like them better because they have a really good crunch and the salad would add the moisture
