Perfect snack food! Convenient, fresh, crunchy, with just enough salt. Perfect for those wanting more protein and less carbs.

Flavorful, full of protein.
I take Weygovy for weight management, and I don't eat alot. Im sure I take vitamins for my osteoporosis, and all has been well so far. BUT my last metabolic test results showed a significant drop in protein. I love edamame, and chewing. This fits my cravings. I bring a little packet to the gym and enjoy it after workout, and have another later in the day on my salad. Total protein: 28gm. So crunchy, wonderful taste. I enjoy the avocado oil flavor. Its not strong. I do not find these to be dry at all. And the package is easy to open.

I think they are delicious and i like the fact that they are high protein. They are dry so have water handly. Worth it. Good flavor and great crunch!

Good if you like a salty, crunchy snack. I like the portion size is already planned out for me. Good protein grams for the calorie count. Texture is a little dry. Wish healthier snacks were a little cheaper.

Good stuff
I love these. Crunchy, a little salty, and there is enough in the bag to stave off hunger. Lots of protein and excellent fiber. I keep some in my car, at work, and in my purse for hunger emergencies.

Best high protien snack. It satisfies that salty craving for low calories and high protien snack needs when on a glp1. Perfect to take when traveling. They taste yummy as well.

Convenient
I got these because I needed factory-sealed snacks for a trip that wouldn't spike my blood sugar. These worked well. I had about half a pack in a sitting. They're easy to throw in a day bag, though I did find the packs a little hard to open. The flavor was good, and they were nice and crispy. The only drawback for me was that I found them to be pretty salty.
