Good if you like a salty, crunchy snack. I like the portion size is already planned out for me. Good protein grams for the calorie count. Texture is a little dry. Wish healthier snacks were a little cheaper.

Flavorful, full of protein.
I take Weygovy for weight management, and I don't eat alot. Im sure I take vitamins for my osteoporosis, and all has been well so far. BUT my last metabolic test results showed a significant drop in protein. I love edamame, and chewing. This fits my cravings. I bring a little packet to the gym and enjoy it after workout, and have another later in the day on my salad. Total protein: 28gm. So crunchy, wonderful taste. I enjoy the avocado oil flavor. Its not strong. I do not find these to be dry at all. And the package is easy to open.

I think they are delicious and i like the fact that they are high protein. They are dry so have water handly. Worth it. Good flavor and great crunch!

Flavorful and easy to pack snack
This small, packaged snack has come in handy between meals and helps me avoid snacking on junk food like chips, candy bars, or even protein bars that can be too high in calories and/or protein. And I love that it comes in different flavors. Eating healthy has become doable and fun with this snack.
