Liked the concept. Excellent when child is self isolating and looking for ways to enjoy exercise in garden. But... Plug for water hole a bit fiddly first time round and ball became detached with 30 minutes and need a fork or some other device to reattach elastic.

These work well for practicing serves but for rallies... we still play against the wall. Makes a good addition to our garden toys though for my tennis fanatic son

Firstly, whether filled with water (difficult enough) or sand (goodness knows how you'd do this) the weigth with either is by no means adequate to keep the base in the same place on the ground. It gets dragged around regardless.Secondly, the elastic comes undone with some ease so after about 20 hits, goes flying off.Instead I attached the elasticated string to my kettle bell which holds it securely on the ground and works fine. See if you can buy balls + elasetic separately. The base is not worth it and will now go to land fill!!*Note to manufacturer - please stop making this plastic rubbish.

Had hoped that this item would entertain an avid tennis player, when he couldn't get on the court (Tier 4 restrictions!) It was a real disappointment. The weight of the base, even filled to brim with with water, was totally insufficient - it moved all the time, was completely unstable and slid around when the ball was hit. The elastic continually untied sending the ball into neighbours gardens and wrapping itself around bushes!It came without any box, instructions or supplier information and looks cheap. This product frustrated my son and I doubt will be used much. Not a good purchase.
