Horrible after sales service
Although the machine is fairly good, the installation service as well as the after sales service is pathetic .I am having a defective remote control device and raised a complaint about 2 wks back. Yet to get a replacement.

AC is having manufacturing defect.
I bought this ac last year and after few month it started showing error P3 and stopped cooling. I called Godrej customer care and there service guy said this is a gas error but I already read in Manual or AC that P3 is not gas error. I called another guy from Godrej he mentioned that this is voltage error (though it was a inverter ac which don’t require stablizer).They were trying to hide an issue which is error of PUC motherboard which was not working and not able to provide power supply.I went through this mental trauma for 2 months after that one honest service guy accept and raise the request to change the PUC.It also took 2 week to get PUC because PuC is very costly ₹10000.Some how the summer season ended and I also stopped using it.This year it started again showing P3. I am not sure where it was new PUC or not. Warranty is also expired after 1 year so I am helpless.I came to point ( also after talking few more online buyer) that Online ac’s are mostly having manufacturing defect. If your ac is working fine which you purchased online then you are only lucky.I would like to say that godrej customer service is good. Connecting to customer care online doesn’t take much time but the whole process of changing puc took too much time and PUC exchanged was also faulty.

We installed through Godrej authorised person . It’s running successfully. Good product.
It’s Godrej product so no issue. The installation person to visit to attend to see water dropping issue out side of wall but after calling several times he is not responding on phone. Please ask him to visit.

Godrej company is not offering any free installation and free stands.
No doubt product is best in class and value for money.You need to pay 1800₹ extra for installation and 1600₹ for stand total 3400₹. I installed from local technician. For both it cost me 2000₹ extra in total.

Good product with bad dealers
The product is good but local dealer threating that if we do not take their services Gogrej will not provide warranty ??

Not bad
The product is not bad. It takes 10 mins to completely cool my hall. But the remote is very confusing. I would recommend you to personally go to the showroom, check everything and then buy any AC as I have had bad experiences twice. Never buy AC online.

Amazing quality product
The quality of this product is amazing ,it's a heavy duty , environment friendly Ac ,better than my previous ac of whirlpool ,godrej is known for the quality products ,only service visits on time should be there rest all is nice about godrej ac
