Water flow is perfect, everything about this product is great. Love how flexible it is as well.

First, buy the biggest shower head. I got the middle one and wished I had gotten the biggest.The shower head and wand are great but the hose to the wand is horrible. It started leaking a week in, now a month later it shoots more water than the wand head. I now have to buy a replacement hose elsewhere.

Day 2 of having/using this shower head. I live in a smaller in law unit that has a smaller water heater tank. Prior to this shower head, I was using a water-efficient shower head that was provided by a 3rd party pg&e program. The original shower head allowed steady flow and the hot water can run a good hour before running out of hot water.This shower head (the 8 inch) drains my hot water tank in 10 minutes. That's with the hot water on only enough to feel the warm water with the cold water barely on.Installation took a good 30 minutes to make sure I didn't over tighten anything. The mistake I made was, I connected the included hose backwards with the larger twist nut connected to the hand held shower head and the slimmer part to the 2-way head connector piece. The only way I figured it out was from looking at the photos that other people posted on their reviews. The hand held would not fit the wall mount/adhesive. After swapping it, everything fit perfectly.5/5 for the "quality" of the shower head and straight forwardness of the install.1/5 for how fast this unit drains my water heater.3/5 stars overall.I may provide updates later.

I loved this shower head, unfortunately I moved but decided to leave it with the house it was in, only thing is I should have bought the bigger size one.

Overall, the product is good, however, the required multiple attempts at installation reflects on this product to show less quality than expected. I had to install and re-install the showerhead 3 times before it would not leak. And the only reason that the final installation went well was because I used quality Teflon tape that I had from other installations I have done.I have installed MANY showerheads over the years, and this was the first time that I had to remove an installation in order to get it to not leak. After this experience, I can say with confidence that the root cause is the Teflon tape provided by the seller. ADVICE: Get your own quality Teflon tape from your local hardware store, and use that as opposed to the tape provided from the seller. This will save you a lot of time and headache!!Once installed, the product itself seems to work very well. Time will tell if other leaks pop up or not.
