Keter Sumatra Rattan Style Jumbo Plastic Garden Storage Deck Box XL - 511 Litre Capacity

I purchased this box last summer to store furniture cushions.As stated on Keter website its weather-resistant resin will handle all types of weather, keeping large cushions and pool supplies dry at all times and has a two year warranty.As you can see from the photos it hasnt, so I contacted Garden Centre Direct, who were sorry and wanted to know what I'd like them to do, so I asked for refund or replacement as the item is clearly faulty and not fit for purpose.A very unhelpful reply from Garden Centre Direct......As we mentioned on our previous email, your order is no longer eligible for a full collection or refund.The warranty covers only the replacement parts of the faulty or damaged parts of your order.Kind Regards,NicholeGarden Centre Direct

Was initially really pleased with the size and quality, but after 4-weeks outside discovered it was wet inside. Not impressed and have had to move it into my garage.

Box is good and keeps dry; piece missing on receipt and contacted company over a year ago, but never received the part which had to be ordered in - did offer return and refund immediately, so overall good customer service. Missing piece hasn't affected the durability or the weatherproof of the box. Very large and is enough to keep a lot of different cushion sizes, including sunbeds easily.

It's ok, some bits didn't quite fit properly but managed to sort it, and I'm no novice I lot's of building experience!

Blends is well with existing Rattan furniture. Spacious enough to store all six seat cushions, plus back cushions and seat covers from garden table chairs.Fully waterproof.Very pleased with my purchase.
