I was really skeptical about trying another product to remedy my very deep forehead and jowl wrinkles. I’m so glad I tried it! It’s been a few weeks and I see a significant difference not only in the wrinkle depth, but in the enlarged pores I had nasal labial area! I can no longer feel the crease lines deep in my forehead and the skin appears to have tightened up so the wrinkles aren’t as pronounced anymore. A little goes a very long way! Definitely start out using it gradually as directed and ALWAYS follow up with a quality moisturizer (preferably one with collagen in it). Avoid the eye area…this stuff is STRONG! Don’t forget to use a moisturizer with SPF if you’re leaving the house and I’d even suggest giving your skin breaks from it once you get up to daily usage. I alternate with HA and my skin is looking so much more youthful! I’m 53 and without the deep forehead canyons, I’ve dropped 10 years from my appearance. I’m going to order another bottle because o don’t ever want to run out! Buy this! It shipped fast and it’s worth every penny!

I use this serum everyday. It’s good for slathering all over your face and neck (IF you’re used to retinals). I use this in the day (I have an office job with little UV exposure) and Rx at night, but I’ve been using retinals for decades. Be careful if you’re new to retinals. Watch some videos. Low and slow. It’s a good weight for year round and it doesn’t pill with my other products or sunscreen (I use this as my second step as it’s a fairly thin texture). I don’t wear makeup so I can’t comment on how it behaves.

I bought this for me face, but even using it every third day and after moisturizer, it causes dryness. It's probably just me. I'm also starting to get wrinkles on my neck and have been using it there every other day, after moisturizer, for about 3 weeks. I know they generally say retinol takes about 12 weeks to show results, but I think I'm seeing some already. The product sinks into skin quickly, scent is mild and it's a good value for the size. I will buy again.

New to using retinol and this was the best stuff to use! I have been using it for a few weeks and I must say, once you start, you have to continue or your face will start peeling … but my skin has never looked better!

I love this retinol. it did take long after the first bottle for me to notice its wonder. i don't normally write reviews but this is worth every penny you spent. it keeps your face hydrated and works wonders on your fine lines. i would recommend to everyone.

I'm 52 and can't afford treatments like Botox and fillers so this is the next most effective option for me. This is one of the only brands that has 0.3% pure retinol that is sustainable in the chemical blend they've made. I am a huge fan of tretinol or tretinoid which is the origin of retinol and mainly used as an acne medication, but you need a prescription for it. I was only taking a dose of 0.25% of it. The L'Oreal is one of only over the counter Retinols that is next best effective retinol on the market due to my research and opinion in Canada. If you have not used it before it can be very drying and can easily irritate sensitive skin, so start lightly or only do it every few nights. And build up a tolerance. There is a slight smell, I had to smell it to see if there was one for this review, it is not perfumy. And absolutely never wear it in the sun/day you'll do more damage to your skin. This is a for life life serum. You you should add a good mosturizer and vitamin C serum to get great results. if you can get the prescription go for it, if not it's the next best. J'aime la texture, l'odeur, un "must"

First off, follow directions and don't try to be a superhero like I was! I used quite a large amount under my eyes and sides, along with my forehead. Next morning everything felt great and I repeated it couple of more nights in the row...until I woke up the fourth morning and under my eyes the skin felt like it was on fire!! (Skin slightly peeled too) Your skin needs to get used to this, so for first few weeks only put very small amounts on the areas on your face you wish to improve and only 2 to 3 times a week. Then gradually based on your skin, work your way up to every or every other night. I have barely visible forehead wrinkles and I found with this product they completely disappeared...however, if you stop using it, after few days, they are back. Considering this is very economical for the wallet and no needle requirement such as Botox, fillers...I would definitely give this cream a try before deciding on something more. Probably one of the only anti-wrinkle cream that I ever found to actually work (just need some patience until your skin adjusts to it).
