Just as expected. Nothing else to say, a good cheap replacement lace. Finding thin brown laces is not as easy as you might think in a brick and mortar. I will not waste my time looking in the future. This company had great reviews and I felt confident that if there was an issue they would have my back. Glad it did not come to that. I have been using the laces in my dress shoes for several months now with no issues. The laces stayed tied and you cannot tell they are not the original ones. I used them in a pair of Bostonian casual dress shoes, if that helps anyone.I hope to provide my own input on products in order to help others as well. I'm only leaving a review because I received an email requesting a review at a moment I had nothing else to do. So, what can I say? They are shoe strings. They are brown, and because I know how to tie my shoes they do the job just right. I purchased them through Amazon, because you'd be surprised at how hard it can be to find basic brown shoe strings. Unfortunately the shoes I have are hard on strings. So I like that I received 4 pairs.Just be aware, you'll get an email asking for a review of, yes, shoe strings.

My black dress shoes had some laces that were worn down to the thread, so I decided to visit Amazon to remedy the situation. Store-bought shoelaces tend to be pretty expensive, and these seemed to fit the bill.I made sure to measure the laces I had in the original shoes before buying. It doesn't sound important, but a few inches too short or too long can make a huge difference in how they look and function.These were the perfect length. The material is strong, they are as thin as advertised, and they were easy to thread into my shoes. These have now lasted a good number of months with literally no sign of wear whatsoever. The tips that are sealed over (sorry, I don't know their technical name) are very solidly sealed and have not shown any sign of giving up yet.

These are perfect laces for my shoes. After surgery, I had to wear temporary elastic laces for a long time, (not fun) so it was now time to enjoy normal feet, and shoes, again. I had lost one of the original laces, so started over, measuring how to fit new ones. When these arrived they were absolutely perfect. These are the perfect fit for my husbands work shoes. He needed replacement laces for his dress shoes & these round dress thin laces are identical to the ones that the shoes came with when we bought them! Those laces lasted about a year, so I'm hoping these will last about the same! They have a great quality feel to them & there were many options to choose from size wise (we went by the size chart for 4-6 loops & decided 30" sounded about right) the size we received was the perfect fit for my husbands shoes! I received these at a discount in return for my honest & unbiased review which I have provided with my own personal opinion & experience of the product.

All was well with this item, read the description and ordered the correct size. My only problem was color, computer showed same color for brown (I think) and light brown, took a chance and ordered light brown. It was more of a reddish orange brown, not exactly what I was looking for. On the other hand I couldn't find shoelaces like these in any stores I have available to me.

I got them for my boyfriend. I got a text from him while he was at work and he said these laces are awesome. So that right there proves to me that they are very good because he took the time out of work to text me that he loves his shoelaces. And he was doubly excited that he got two pairs because I was going to buy another pair for him and he said no I already have two. He's a very happy boy.

My shoelaces were on their last legs for my black dress shoes. I looked up a chart for lace length based on eyelets and picked by size. I'd say they are one size too big. When I knot and bow my shoes, the bows are pretty huge. The quality of the laces seems good so far, and they are easy to tie/untie.I'd buy again but take a size down.

It's well made and stays tied together.
