Defective and Extremely UNHAPPY...
Defective laptop with blue screen phenomena that automatically forces the laptop to restart frequently without any control on my part... Hence, making it terribly difficult to complete the initial setup process... and impossible to use the laptop efficiently since any work work done disappears whenever the blue screen phenomena appears and one has no any control because the laptop restarts by itself... I reported this serious defect to the seller and Amazon... and requested for return label... so I can return for a full refund.Unfortunately, the seller did not grant the return label indicating the authorized one month from purchase date had expired... In any case, at my own cost, I sent the laptop back to the seller through ARAMEX (from Kenya to UAE). And the seller charged me additional AE 270.00 that was charged to them by ARAMEX for import duty and other unforeseen charges. I basically, sufferred loss but got refunded by the seller net AE 2,000.00.I don't recommend this laptop model to anyone at all... look and chose from other numerous and excellent alternatives available on Amazon UAE from different sellers... also, read reviews of previous buyers to get insight of what you are buying so you can make an informed decision in your investment.
