I feel like these gummies are effective regarding my period; over the last six months, it has become quite irregular, and I was suffering from horrible cramps and pain, and definitely is helping me with thatOn top of that, I feel bloated when I get my period, and now I'm dealing with less bloating before my period.As for my mood, I haven't noticed a huge impact, but I do feel more relaxed at bedtime on the nights I've taken the gummies. What brought my attention to this gummy was the heart shape. I think that is super cute! There was no aftertaste and my mood has changed since using them. I feel no pain before or after taking them. Hey there ladies reading reviews and looking to relieve your PCOS symptoms. I purchased these supplements for two reasons. Firstly because I had a friend who suffered severely from PCOS after taking birth control. She is literally terrified to try anything because she claims her pcos was a side effect. So me, being a little more adventurous decided to be a guinea pig for her and also to see if it would relieve some of my own PCOS. I get a light woman mustache and literally about two chin hairs that grow routinely, so after seeing the pictures of women whose symptoms were reduced because I’m one of those seeing is believing kinds of people I decided to purchase this product. A few comment state that quite a few women felt sick after taking the supplements and the first day of taking the supplements I took two and did not feel well but after that first day everything went much smoother. Not sure how long I took the pills? About two pills a day until I finished the entire bottle. About 3/4ths of me completing the bottle I decided to pluck my two chins hairs and shave my lady mustache to see if they would grow back lighter like a lot of comments had mentioned. My mustache did grow back lighter but it did grow back. Around the same time I finished the bottle I shaved off the little hair that grew back and noticed that the hair I shaved off also grew back much lighter and took longer to grow back. My two chins hairs have yet to grow back. Thank the lord lol. At the time I am writing this review it’s been about 3 weeks since I stopped taking the supplements and still no chin hairs. But I am writing this review to warn others about the decline of estrogen. After experiencing heart palpitations after taking this product. I would like to think I’m a typically pretty healthy person but I was able to see that stopping the supplements led to a decline in estrogen and estrogen helps control the hearts rhythm. So just be aware because this is a supplement that it is supposed to affect and shift your hormones. So yes you may have hormonal acne ( I did), you may feel moody. I actually think it’s supposed to do all of those things. So unfortunately it’s not realistic to think that taking a supplement that’s supposed to change your hormones won’t do that. It’s literally just doing its job. Just stay realistic with expectations because if you notice your body going through changes then you should assume it’s working. I did like the product it was tasty and did its job, no more chin hairs ;) I didn’t like that I was unaware of how much of an effect it would have on my body. With that being said give it a try if you’re feeling risky, everyone’s body is different. Lastly definitely consult a professional before taking any supplements especially if you have underlying health conditions so they can accurately tell you how these things will affect you now and later

I'm here to bring the T.M.I (Too much information) . I am reading comments and everyone elses symptoms. Everyone else's symptoms seem tame compared what I was used to dealing with for YEARS. I WISH all I dealt with was acne. That is the least of my worries. My acne is minimal so that was not a motivator for me to take these. I have other stuff to deal with. Keep reading please....Sorry in advance to the grammar cops out there for typos ...This was life before taking these gummies:--severe bloating. to the point where my stomach would feel tender.-- gas. the week before and during. to the point where it was painful to pass gas.--lower back pain the entire week before and during.-- strong shooting pains in my thigh the entire week before. like my thigh was being cut into. to the point where I use to sit with a heating pad and massager gun on it at the same time. on my thigh. and I would do that before work. at lunch. and after work and before sleep.--oh and work? forget it. two days minimum a month I have to stay home and work. thankfully i have a job i can do from home. at the start of my cycle, I struggle to get out bed. crippling pain. crawling on the floor bad.-- the cramps. yes cramps. leaves me curled in a ball for hours at time.--extremely irritable. fatigued, nauseous, anxious, and depressed. depressed is putting it nicely. things would get really dark a few days before my cycle started. really dark. unalive thoughts....--and you guessed it, flow? extremely heavy from beginning to end. For 7 days. yes. a whole damn week of shark! I have to wear ultra highest level absorbency the entire time. and change every 2-3 hours to avoid leaks. soaking through an ultra tampon and 2 pads in less than 3 hours. this is no joke.-- gotta add in the occasional throwing up. projectile style.-- and diarreha!!-- well over 2 weeks of every month like this!fun stuff!5 days after starting to take these gummies?only 5 days later when my cycle started.... EVERY SINGLE THING I JUST WROTE STOPPED. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I CANNOT BELIEVE IT AMAZING THIS HAS BEEN AMAZING.I have a normal flow again. no more ultras, 2 pads, soaked towels when waking up. my cramps are so light now I dont even need to take a pain reliever. I used to take 10-14 a day during my cycle just stay curled in a ball. I have my life back. All the occasions where I cancelled plans. Skipped events. Turned down opportunities soley because I was on my period and refused to potentially embarrass myself in front of others. I lost years of my 30s because of this. Time I wont ever get back.please try these gummies. I dont take any other medication, vitamins, etc. so this is the only change I have made so I know this made the difference.
