I desperately needed a new phone, but the prices of the newer ones are prohibitive. I decided to look for a good used one. I came across this one, and I decided to order it. I used the smart switch app to transfer my information, settings, etc., to this from my old Samsung phone. That was seamless. Everything worked great. But I was unable to switch it on the Xfinity app or online. I ended up taking it to the Comcast office, and they quickly had the problem fixed.The condition of the phone is excellent, as was advertised--no scratches or dents or cosmetic issues of any kind. The battery seems to last a long time. The screen is clear and bright, and the sound is great!

I got the phone from FEDEX and a black Buick showed up and randomly delivered my phone once I got it it was good for the first 30 mins until I opened the camera app to see that it was not working. I would open the app upfor it to give me a warning to say the camera app failed. And I tried it again for it to crash again. The phone would not update at all it would tell me that the update was interrupted and to try again in the next 24 hrs and last but certainly not least not only was it already locked to att despite me getting it unlocked but the fingerprint scanner wouldn't work and said the fingerprint scanner needed to be calibrated I tried everything I even called Samsung to tell them what's happened and they remotely controlled my phone and everything and all they could do was tell me to go to a Samsung store in which I'm in Deming NM so there are no stores where I live and he also recommended that I trade it in for a s23 for a discounted price I even tried safe mode NOTHING worked I'm not saying don't buy from here but I'm saying to buy with caution I wish I took videos but I've already returned the phone the same day I got it.

Great phone. I bought a refurbished Samsung because I onl use the phone for texting and calls. Nothing else. My puppy, Chief, decided to use it for a chew toy, so, unfortunately, I had to buy a new phone. Highly recommend product.

The phone was delivered late but seller did message back fast to help figure the situation out. The phone had scratches on the sides as well as the back but screen was in good shape. It works well. I'm pretty satisfied with purchase over all.

Definitely not 'excellent' condition. Way too many paint chips, scratches, marks along the case. Screen is fine though.More like 'good' condition 😬

Great price on a rebuilt phone. Had one small scratch on the screen, but it is almost unnoticeable, otherwise looked like a new phone. No performance issues, still going strong and has only dropped 2% of battery in a year.This is the second renewed phone I have purchased. The previous one was also a winner, until it went swimming for 10 minutes.

Phone was delayed even after paying $11 for express shipping. The new arrival date was estimated to come on a Thursday but thankfully came that Monday instead. Phone was not charged either, after plugging it in and going through the initial setup, I couldn't access the home screen due to the UI launcher crashing. Turning the phone on and off, clearing cache, and even factory resetting the phone didn't fix it. Eventually I just had to install a new home launcher and that fixed it. Since then, the phone was been working completely fine. It also did come in good physical shape, there was no evidence of scratches or cracks on it.

The phone seems to work okay as a phone, but in today's world. the camera is almost as important. Something is not right as every picture has a blurry haze. Tried cleaning. Tried adjusting settings. Nope. Just a bad piece of equipment. This is probably why it was turned in ... and this feature was not refurbished. Very disappointed.
