Wonderful rice. Great for making risotto or chicken soup. I love to eat it like regular rice. Just add extra water when you cook it. It will come out gooey and sticky, but delicious though.

Great rice -you don't have to pick thru it and toss out any bad pieces. It's clean -just rinse and cook. Tastes flavorful and good.

Cooks soft, but not mushy. Good flavor.

It takes 45 min to cook compared to 15-20 min for the white variety. Also, it needs rinsing to remove debris. Otherwise the taste is excellent

I bought two large bags of this rice...went to repackage it for storage and found it’s completely infested with bugs!! I’m not talking ‘just a few bugs’, it’s infested with them!! I will not ever buy dry goods from Amazon again! Disgusting!!

Great product however Costco sells larger bag at 4 pounds for much much less! I was disappointed to learn seller sold this small bag at such a high price.

I bought a few times of this organic rice in SMALL package from supermarket and I like it.This BIG package is NOT as good as I expected.Compared to the small packages, the colour is DARKER and not crystal, the smell is a little bit ODD before cooking, and after cooking, it does nothave the aroma that the fresh sushi rice should have. According to my knowledge and experience, the rice is not stored in a proper way or condition.
