Is this the best quality pict 34 I can buy now? My needle valve failed after i ran out of gas and refilled tank. I am guessing due to pressure surge?

Hello I used this carb. In 30/31 &34 pict & it working very well without any problems. If you're fuel pump is the mechanical pump there's no problem with this carburettor. If your pump is electric,you have to check the pump pressure, maybe the pump give high pressure. Thanks

Appears to have an adapter plate for smaller 53 to 68mm intake flange. Will it work for both?
