Great Recipe’s!
A salvation from extra weight! The book is replete of healthy and delicious recipes, easy to read, and contains useful and interesting information! I found out about the keto diet from a friend who, sticking to this diet, lost 22lbs in a month. I was pleasantly surprised and decided to try as well. I am overweight and due to the lack of time I always eat fast food and junk food. I work a lot and don’t have time to cook healthy food for myself. So, I decided to join my friend. Because of lockdown I got free and had more free time on cooking. Moreover, because of extra weight I was about to get diabetes and I needed to find an effective way to lose weight and become healthy. I searched for a book to buy. I was excited with that idea of Keto. It was something new and unusual for me. I read about it on the Net was inspired by the people’s results. Thanks God I came across this book. It attracted me with the cover. Yeah, it was love at a first sight ha-ha. I read the reviews and became more confident to buy it. The stories of people aspired me and I ordered one. The shifting was fast and I got the book after 2 days. When I got the book, I leafed through pages. I reviewed the recipes, everything looked so simple and tasty. Moreover, each recipe has calorie description and it was easy to keep track of how many calories you have consumed per day. After, 2 weeks of sticking to Keto diet and cooking the recipes mentioned in the book, I lost 13lbs. I was over the moon to have noticed the results and they were obvious. I would like to note that the book is written in a very accessible language. I recommend reading. This book is for those who have decided to follow healthy lifestyle. I advise you to read it for those who want to restore their body, health and, of course, if you have a great desire to lose weight. The book provides an incentive to maintain this particular diet ...Products that can be consumed and which must be cut out of the ration are described in detail. It should be noted that adherence to this diet helps to reduce the occurrence of cancer, which is important, because the number of deaths from this disease is increasing every day. I am so obliged to the author of a book. You do really good thing, designing such good books, so happy to mention that my blood counts went better. My cholesterol level and sugar blood level significantly decreased. A book is read a must!

Amazing diet book
This book is a comprehensive guide to why low carb diets like keto work, and it offers insights into how to implement a keto diet.It is a solid recommendation for those who are completely new to keto, offering a wealth of information about how and why the diet works, as well as advice for starting and maintaining it.I have been following keto diet since last few months and have lost a significant amount of weight. I have tried few recipes from this book and I must say they are delicious.The is the life-changing nutrition book you must read. Have you had enough of your excess body weight, if you are tired of your doctor always getting on your case about losing weight and going on about your rising blood pressure, ‘bad’ cholesterol, clogged heart arteries and impending diabetes or If you are fed up with dieting fads, pills and all the exercise that are not working to achieve weight loss, then this is the right book for you.

Would be more reasonable if half the price
I brought this book as a gift. Unfortunately, when it arrived I found it to be quite basic in appearance. The pages were all black and white, not glossy. No nice pictures. The recepies were obviously quite simple and the writing was in larger print. Really not impressed with the look and feel of the book. Let's hope the content is useful.
