I like how it's Easy to use and helps in Digestion . Eat Heavy food and if you face diffcukty in digesting it take 2-3 pills and you are all good.

Causes excess sleepiness
Treats Digestion and provides very good result. No stomach burn, indigestion, gas , constipation. The only side effect of triphala is sleepiness or drowsiness.

Very less amount of pure ghee is seen in the product. It is solid shape. I have used other brand also.
