My brother loves to cook. He is very precise and will spend five minutes measuring something accurately that I (who also like to cook) would just measure by heart. When I saw these, I knew they'd make the perfect add on to the Christmas gift basket I was making him. When they arrived, I was pleased that they were heavier duty than I had expected. He likes them and uses them often. I would buy again.

These spoons are perfect for measuring sweetners like stevia and monkfruit. I am so glad I found them. They are not flimsy and so far have not tarnished. They are easy to clean and measure out the perfect amount for me. Love them!

These are exactly what I needed to measure out botanical chemicals to dilute in water for small spray bottles. The formula on the chemical label gives the ratio to a gallon of water. Who the heck has a gallon sprayer bottle, especially when you only use the chemical once a month or so? These were helpful in reducing the volume of solution down to 4oz bottles.

These are great if you are cooking for one. Sometimes when you reduce a recipe you may only need an 1/8 or 1/16 of a teaspoon. Along with the number measurements it tells you the words for the measure. Example 1/8 teaspoon is a dash, and 1/16 teaspoon is a pinch.

The description states that the spoons come with a split ring for easy removal, but the ones I received have a regular key ring instead, making me uncertain whether the ring is rust-proof. I contacted the seller to request a solution, such as sending the advertised split ring, but they politely informed me that they didn’t have any rings matching the description and offered a return instead. I’ve decided to keep the spoons as they appear to be of good quality, but please be aware of the misleading description regarding the ring. I'm deducting one star for the ring.

I used to have my grandmother’s 1/8 teaspoon measuring spoon but it has disappeared. It is surprising how uncommon it is to find a replacement. This one was attached to a set, which I like because it’s less likely to go missing. And sometimes you just need an accurate 1/8 tsp. of a strong spice so you don’t overwhelm the dish you’re preparing. This is a very handy set. I would recommend it.
