Fixed up an Octane 350 elliptical machine with this!
This is the correct battery for an Octane 350 elliptical machine. I got a great deal on one, but its battery was fully dead. After a long charge, I found that one of the three cells couldn't hold a charge. So I looked this up and got the thing open so I could swap out the battery. The elliptical is running beautifully now! So, yep this battery does everything it's supposed to, right down to having the correct placement of screw holes to attach to the machine's frame.

Replacement for Life Fitness C9i exercise bike
Needed a replacement battery for my LifeCycle C9i. The display would not light up. This can happen with an old battery (like mine) or if you don't use the bike for a number of months (like mine). Replacement requires T20 and T30 Torx screwdrivers to remove the right side of the shell and one pedal. You will also need to remove the front two screws from the left side shell to allow access to the battery. You may also need a T30 socket if the pedal screws are hard to remove. You will need regular screwdriver to remove the battery screws and a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the battery connectors. Be sure to attach the red lead to the + terminal and the black lead to the - terminal. The replacement is straight forward, if you are handy and have the tools. If not, call a service tech. My original battery was a 0819-1006, but this is identical in configuration and works just fine. Same voltge and Ah rating.

Very hard to replace battery on my R9 Lifecycle bike; battery is fine
The information supplied about "How easy it is to replace this battery" is completely FALSE. I am taking a break after my two-hour first attempt. Taking the battery out is a small challenge itself because the wires attaching the battery to my R9 Lifecycle bike are short, very short. There is very little wiggle room. It can be done, but be careful you do not pull-separate the spade-attachment from the wire; replacing that piece is not for the faint-hearted. I was successful with taking it all apart. Just being careful is the key. HOWEVER, putting the screws back-in-place is hard, very very hard. You have to hold the battery just-so, aligning the screw hole in the battery with the screw hole in the bike. Then you have to take a screw driver with attached screw and put it in the battery hole, with absolute perfect alignment with the two, now-invisible holes, then screw it in. You need a lot of skill for this part and a whole lot of luck to get the screw, and the two holes perfectly aligned while turning the screw driver. I did not have good luck and am taking my time-out before I try again. Perhaps more later. UPDATED Reply: As pointed out, my review was related to the Lifecycle, not the battery. My apologies; I got caught up in the moments (many) of installing the battery, not on the quality of the battery itself. The battery is working finee, just as one might expect from such a battery. I will note however that all of the people giving glowing reviews of the battery's use in the Lifecycle seem to forget/overlook this problem. So. for the record: battery is fine; installing for use in the Lifecycle, not so much (3.5 hour install time).
