For the price and a beginner helmet worth it. However i wouldn’t use it as a primary helmet if i were going speeds above 80km/hr as it is literally filled with thermacol. The material is not premium and can break easily. However it is very breathable and adjustable since it is modular

The product is very good and what you buy is what you get. I recommend it.

The product I received was very low quality. It had paint marks and a very bad smell, making it impossible to wear. The finishing on the helmet is horrible, and I found several painted dots on it. I dont trust the product safety as well

The fitting is not tight. I have another steelbird half face helmet, even though the sizes are same the fitting is very different. This one is sloppy. The wind/glass sheild is very poorly made. It shuts close due to wind force when you go above 80kmph and flies open half way when you go above 100 to120. If you plan to never ride above 50 to 60 kmph go ahead, but for anything faster get something else. You get what you pay for, which is, a poorly made helmet.

Though SBA7 is pretty old model but I think it is really worth it. I have used it for almost 1 year now. It is easy to clean and maintain. Visor removal can be a task but its still fine. The sunglasses inside is plus point for sunny days... I can just put that on and open visor for air. Face covering is good. Usually directly on head it feels loose but as soon as I put my balaclava then the helmet fits perfectly. The locks are good quality. The style is average but when cleaned it looks really cool for commuter riders. Padding is soft enough. The helmet itself weighs less which makes it even more comfortable. I wish there was a way to clean vents also... Rest I enjoy us in g it on daily basis. And you can buy visor kit if it breaks directly from Steelbird website and install it yourself with some help from YouTube videos. I did same when my helmets right side visor kit broke. I would still recommend to checkout newer models as comoany stops producing spare parts for old models after some time. But still this is a good helmet.

Pros: The helmet is lightweight, making it convenient to carry along in markets. The sun visor is also good (see pic) but tint can be a little more lighter to make it usable during winter evenings. The full face transparent visor quality is also good, with gear to hold it. Need to check the sturdiness after wearing and riding in strong wind. Cons: The internal safety pad quality could have been more better from good. A narrow reflective strip along the back, could have been useful during night rides especially for the dark coloured helmets like green, blue, black. The air vents above forehead and chin are operated by slider buttons, which are poor quality and not very durable and the sliding flaps too. Overall a good product at budget price for daily use. If you are a offroader or long distance rider check other better options available.

Go for it, but for the long riders is discomfort for the neck buy less than this helmet weight. Overall good.

Good Product but the fibre body is of very thin sheet , sometimes seems to be a toy helmet. Better product can get in the same price from direct purchase from shop.
