This is great if you’re serious about losing weight, wear it while you work out and it will double the amount you sweat. It’s very comfortable and great quality. Do not put it in the wash or dryer you will ruin it! Hand wash only!!!!

Works good. Can wear under my shirts and blouses. Doesn't roll up. It's a moist wetness when you take it off, but not enough to show on you clothes.

I was pleasantly surprised by this. I ordered it hoping it would do all it said but very skeptical. I use it when I walk on our treadmill. It does exactly as described. My belly sweats a lot! My upper back is supported and I walk with my shoulders back. It very comfortable to wear. I use it so much I just bought another one.

This product is difficult to remove once you sweat. Also not breathable on a hot day.

I love it !! Keeps me sweating all day. Doesn’t matter if I am just doing minimal house work or not. The sizing is great. It compresses my body well as if I was wearing a shaper. I just wish the material was a tad bit thicker.
