These are decent quality and seem to work and looks like these will be very useful, but one of the magnets on one of these was broken in the package. Doesn't seem to weaken the magnetic hold, but fear the break will worsen. Will consider returning.UPDATE:Seller (SoMarkt) provided a replacement for these tools and great service, and the new ones are in perfect condition and work well! The LED light has proven useful, I will keep one in my truck.

I work at Walmart in Camby, IN as an assembler, mainly assembling bikes. I am always dropping screws, nuts, washers, etc. At 78 years of age, my back ain't what it used to be. This gadget is a life-saver for me. The light helps in locating the object...then the magnet picks it up. And it is small enough to be placed in your shirt pocket like a ballpoint pen. Am glad it came with two tools. My wife, Linda, now has her own and won't be asking for mine all the time. I recommend this tool for anyone.

I absolutely love this item that came very quickly. I had trauma to both of my hands so I constantly drop things. This is an ongoing source of frustration when I am working on my motorcycle. Now, I have a tool to quickly pick up something that falls and unfailingly rolls to the most inconvenient location in my garage (usually under my workbench). The light on the end makes it really easy to see little nuts or washers in dark places. I like the clip so I can put it in my shirt pocket and it stays secure while I'm working. I have used the tool about 15 to 20 times. I did notice that it is possible to expand it too much if I am in a hurry. I highly recommend both the item and the seller.

Great product, genuine seller who cares about customer satisfaction. Comes in handy when you have to retrieve tiny parts from hard to access areas in an engine bay or computers. LED is a great help for those dark situations. 5 stars!!

I use this to pick up metal dies I use for paper cutting. I seem to be forever dropping at least part of the die set and it goes under the desk or table. The light is great for the darkness under the furniture. Get it close to the die, and it's on the end of the tool. I keep it by my die machine.

not very bright, but they do work as advertised. Would be 5 stars if the light was bright enough, or the battery lasted longer than a day. We wrench on cars for a living, so it got used and abused. Still use it for the magnetic tip.

Bought two but the LED on one of them isn't working. It seems the battery is discharged and I can'y figure out how to replace the battery. So, one is fine and the other will pick up stuff but no LED.

One of the lights on the magnet is difficult to turn on and is dimmer than the other magnet light. Every thing else works as described. Would have given 4 stars if not for the bad light.

changed the batteries w/ new AG13. but I guess the light is broken?

Magnet works great but not so much as light..

Works fine, but there should be a switch for the light rather than the clumsy twist on/twist off mechanism.

light is 'nothing' to help but magnet is fine

I have it in my car , so next time something drop in the engine area i dont have to remove everything to get to it. All i will have to do is see it and grab it
