These out last any other battery out there. What used to last a year with other alkaline batteries, now lasts several years. Worth every penny!

They definitely are top notch

In an effort to reduce the frequency of changing the batteries for my elderly mothers stairs I bought these and I am actually changing them more frequently. Although the ones I bought at Home Depot do last a lot longer. Unfortunately, I bought 80 of these from the Amazon supplier, thought it may just have been a bad box or 2 but every box has proved to be 'defective'. Amazon contacted seller on my behalf after the return date and no one has responded. These will go into the battery recycling depot.

The shipment had 4 x 18-battery sealed retail blister packs, labeled as18 count. No other batteries in the shipment, so only 72 batteries instead of the 80 I paid for. I needed some urgently, so I just decided to eat the 10% shortage rather than return them and hope it's right the next time. But I'm not pleased ...
