I purchased the AGARO pressure pump, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. It is a fantastic product for the price. The water pressure is more than adequate, and it cleans the car thoroughly, effortlessly removing stubborn dirt, mud, and grime with minimal effort. What truly sets this purchase apart, however, is the after-sales support. I encountered a minor issue during usage, but the customer service team handled it with absolute professionalism. A special thanks to Subhajit Sir, who was prompt, extremely helpful, and guided me through a quick resolution.

My AGARO Supreme High Pressure Washer was already out of warranty when I reached out, but the service team still helped me out and offered a discount on the resolution. Special thanks to Subhajit — he was patient and knowledgeable, and also walked me through the proper maintenance routine that should be done every 6 months, something I had completely missed for the last 2 years. The washer is working well now. Genuinely impressed with the after-sales service. 5 stars, well deserved.

I was using the product from 2024 and all of a sudden in 2026 August it stopped working. I was thinking that the motor is dead but when tried running motor directly after removing auto cut switch from the connection the motor was fine but pressure was not building. I tried searching for water pump online but was not sure which will work. Then connected with customer support of Agaro and shared them video and images of faulty product. They quickly analysed and caught the issue. The replacement water pump was sent to me after payment and within a week the pressure washer was back working as notmal.

I bought the Agaro Supreme Plus pressure washer just to wash my motorcycle, using it less than 15 times over the last 5 months for 10-15 minutes each time. After 5 months use on 15 December i encountered serious issue when I turned it on the pressure washer started making excessive noise, vibrating more than usual, and was running continuously without pressing the gun. The water pressure was also very low. It worked fine the last time I used it, about 3 weeks prior to the issue. I thought it was an air block, so I spent an hour trying to pump water in to remove the air, but the problem persisted. I raised complaint by submitting the product details, invoice, and a 15-second video of the problem. I was told the issue would be resolved in 3 to 5 business days, but it ended up taking 17 days in total. Over the next 3 days, I received calls from 2-3 different agents asking me to resend the same 30-second video, stating the problem in the video and share it via WhatsApp. After that, I was told a technician would contact me and schedule a visit. Five days later, I followed up was informed the replacement is pending for approval. However, the approval dragged on for 10 more days. I called every day, and some agents told we will highlight the issue and some told it would take time. On the 12th day, I became more assertive and the agent told me the service person for my product SUBHAJIT, would contact me within 10 minutes. However, no one reached out, but to my surprise, the replacement was approved shortly after The replacement unit was shipped on 13th day, and my old pressure washer was picked up 15 days after I initially raised the complaint. Recieved the replacement product after 17 days and it appears to be brand new product. Product has good water pressure and works well, but if it sucks in air—which happens more when the inlet pipe is dipped in bucket instead of connecting to tap —it causes loud noise and vibrates, continuously runs even without pressing the gun. To fix this, need to take out the outlet pipe and run the machine with only inlet to clear the airlock—such a pain! There should be a simpler way to get rid of the air and turn off automatically if the air is intaken instead of running continuously and making huge noise and vibration. But I'm concerned about its durability and long-term reliability given the sudden failure with just 12-15 uses. I’m also not confident about how long the replacement will last. The warranty and approval process is tedious and takes a lot of time requiring multiple calls and resubmissions of the same details and videos. Unless you're very persistent, the replacement could be delayed for weeks. I'll update my review if I face any issues with the replacement unit. Got the replacement unit delivered in January 2025 and even this Replacement unit stopped working in July 2025 after about 6 months i am facing the same issue again. Just waste of money spending 5k for the machine that works only for 6 months that too with just using it for once or twice in a month

Great product that works exactly as described. The motor got damaged within the first year (possibly due to water conditions), but customer support was excellent. They shipped the replacement part and sent a technician to my house at no additional cost, as everything was covered under warranty. I highly appreciate the outstanding support from Mr. Kaushik, who managed the complete repair process smoothly.

I have purchased several products from Agaro, including a vacuum cleaner, a kitchen knife set, and a car washer, and I have been extremely satisfied with all of them. The product quality is excellent, and their after-sales support is equally impressive. Agaro offers a great range of products, especially for DIY enthusiasts. I’m satisfied with the AGARO Car Washer and especially appreciate the support from the AGARO team. Initially, my car washer was not generating proper pressure, so I contacted customer support regarding the warranty claim. The product is fine. But finishing is very crude , don't expect it to be good finished. Somewhere you may see it paint worn off.
