I'm tall and have a yoga mat that's a bit bigger than the average so it matches my height. The mat rolled up is thicker and so the strap is a bit too short for my liking. Good product quality overall, just bear in mind your size when getting it. I wanted it to hang off my shoulders down to my hips, but sits on my shoulders quite tightly
