This is utter waste product. They are cheating customers by fake promise. No rats go away with this. I have been using this past 3 months but no result at all. Now rats increased and I think rats are coming to hear this so called ‘ultrasonic sound’ and for them it looks like a music system.

Somewhat useful... Have to use common sense also get rid of pests. Like traps, rodenticide etc. Blocking holes of entry and hiding.

I bought it basically to keep away squirrels from my terrace garden. I'm not sure if it really works because I've seen some run past on the wall about 10 feet away without going near the plants. But the neighbour with whom I share a common wall seems to be affected. Could be because the direction isn't towards that side.
