Manhattan Toy Groovy Girls Aqualina Mermaid Fashion Doll

This little groovy girl mermaid is so cute. Starting with her hair, it is blue, pink, and yellow silky strands of yarn which makes her look pretty hip. Her skin tone is similar to a light ivory and she has blue eyes. Her outfit is adorable. She wears a light blue tank top with darker blue poky dots with yellow and pink accents . Her skirt is blue with yellow daisies with a pink shimmering belt. The mermaid tail looks like it is marbled. It contains the colors blue, yellow, and shimmering blue. The mermaid tail comes off to expose her legs. It looks like she has fish net panty hose on. Her shoes are a dark blue. She is such a cute doll. My little cousin was absolutely thrilled with this doll and completely surprised when I showed her that the tail came off. I love the quality of the groovy girl dolls. They are special and like no other doll I have seen.

My granddaughters played with my groovy girl Contessa so much at Christmas that I decided to add Maddie the Mermaid to the mix. Love that she can be switched from "human" with legs and cute shoes on her feet to mermaid with tail so easily. She arrived very quickly and in great shape. The girls were particularly fond of her rainbow 🌈 hair! A great doll if you are tired of the Barbie and Brat dolls. Much more little girl appropriate.💜

My daughter saw this at her school's book and toy fair and really wanted it. It is really cute and seems to be well made. The mermaid tail comes off and she has legs inside which makes this even better. She also has a little purse attached to her hand which is cute. Maybe a little expensive for what it is, but still a good buy.
