XL Advanced Breathable Belly Band Holster for Concealed Carry| for Men and Women | Right and Left Hand Draw

I bought this primarily for my Glock 30. Now it's possible I just haven't figured out how to use this thing but I can't get it to fit my Glock 30. It barely fits my Glock 26 and while it will carry it, it doesn't seem to work well. It does fit my Ruger LCR 9mm. I like the material it is made of and the construction seems to be excellent but the gun pocket is too small. For this I gave it 3 stars.I have upped it to 5 stars! They have given outstanding customer service and made the problem right. I now have a belly band that fits both my Glock 30 and my Glock 26. So far (I just started wearing it) it is very comfortable and the best made belly band I have seen (I own 4 others-1 that wore out after several years and 3 that just didn't make it- uncomfortable or poorly designed). This is far and away the best I've had to start. I expect it to last well (but will return with an update if it does not).

I had been looking foe a belly band type holster for awhile and found the Carry Gear holster. I bought one and when it arrived i didnt think my HK USP full size would fit but it did and the thumb brake works pretty well. I live in Dallas Texas and I need this for the summer. The first day I got it I wore it to dinner with my friend and his wife. I was wearing jogging shorts and a polo type shirt, and it was comfortable and held my pistol where i wanted it all night. I was carry my HK 45 and one 10 round mag. I think this will be a great addition to my concealment wardrobe

I carry all the time and I also like to wear gym shorts around the house. This belly band is great for being able to carry when you are wearing a garment without strong/rigid waste line. My CZ 75 P-01 compact fits tightly into the holster, which is good for trigger safety. I do wish it had a rigid trigger guard but I don't feel unsafe when I'm wearing it. Is't very easy to draw my weapon from the band in a hurry.This band would also be great for joggers, with a sub-compact, to carry their weapon out on a run. I doubt anyone would ever know you were packing.It's has quality design and construction. I wear a size 36 jeans and this has plenty of extra for someone larger.I recommend this if you are pondering a belly band holster.

Great concept, good execution just not what I’m looking for. I run a Glock 22 full size with a streamlight TLR-1HL. Left handed shooter 5’ 10” talk 230lbs. I currently run kydex OWB no retention, which the retention interested me. However due the various factors: full size, light, height of draw when wearing belt above pant line and wearing belt overtop of my pants and regular belt, retention snap. Wasn’t going to work even if I devoted training to release the retention snap (which is oriented perfectly against the body), the height and position of the firearm would cause increased draw times and fouled body mechanics. Suggested improvements: universal/generic kydex molding or leather (this could ensure proper ride height of firearm while in waist band and improve initial grip purchase), reduce the rest of the belt width to go inside of pants as a belt or keep width but add to sets of vertical straps which a regular belt could run through (this would keep the waist band from rising to near armpit level during draw). The retention strap snap is spot on.

Where I do I begin! I have my normal holster that clips on to my belt for my Glock 23 which I love...but I can’t use it unless I have on my belt with jeans. I wanted something that I could wear on days when a hoodie and some nike sweatpants were sounding better than jeans. I purchased this belly band holster hoping it would do the trick. It arrived on time and just as advertised. Great packaging with very good instructions. Being a bigger guy with a belly I was concerned about comfort....I have been wearing this all day and it is extremely comfortable! My Glock fit right in to it with no problems and I can see how it could work for just about any gun. The quality is fantastic and fit is great. Pretty impressive how they have designed this to work for any gun and either left or right handed draw. Overall highly impressed and would recommend to anybody looking for a comfortable well made holster of this type.

After trying several different holsters, I finally resorted to carrying my weapon in my purse. But, with the Belly Band, I finally found a holster that works for me and isn't visible under my clothing. I wear loose fitting shirts but holsters that clipped to my belt, even those that were inside my jeans, didn't keep my weapon from being obvious.I wear the band up high and placed my gun in the middle, rather than the side. I'm not exactly a thin woman so I think this would work even better if the areas underneath the band weren't as ... shall we say, soft? :)The negatives for this band are that it will be VERY warm come summer. It's a bit warm now, when it's very cold. Also, in order to wear it tight enough so that the band and my weapon are snug against my body, it's a bit uncomfortable while sitting, especially driving. I find that the bottom of the band pushes my pants down, even with a belt. Every body shape is different so this could be an issue that others won't have a problem with.All in all, I can wear my gun on my body so that I can access it easily and quickly. There may be a time I need to protect myself and I doubt a bad guy would wait for me to retrieve my weapon form my purse.

What a great store/team. I sent a email a few days back. The stitching had come loose right where the gun and pocket meet. I was asking if there’s anything that can be done as I just bought it. I have a S&W Shield that’s a sub compact. So I wasn’t putting a lot of pressure on it. I thought it was maybe a bad stitch. Well I just received a replacement belt. Wow... I have been dealing with a different belt for about two months. That one the stretching fabric is coming apart. Again, nothing is being beaten up. They say life time replacement. Ya right. That’s the main reason I bought this belt. It snaps closed with no stretching of the fabric. So thank you very much Carry Guard
