Recently, the control board burned out, most likely because of a power surge during a storm. I contacted the company, and they sent me a replacement board at no charge. It arrived within a week, and I was able to get the fan working again. Overall, it’s an attractive, quiet, and effective smart ceiling fan. The company’s fast and helpful customer service made me feel even better about the purchase.

This is a really high-quality fan for the price. We have this fan running almost all the time to keep air moving and it is almost silent which we really appreciate. It is plenty large to keep the air moving comfortably in a 13 foot x 20 foot bedroom with cathedral style ceiling. It has been very durable and reliable after several years of use and zero maintenance besides cleaning the fan blades. The remote is really helpful too and controls all the features you would want including changing direction for summer or winter. I installed it with an optional 3 foot downrod because of the high sloped ceiling. 5/5 would buy again!

I love these fans. I’ve had 3 installed for nearly 2 years and they’ve been great. I was told the installation was simple and the finish is beautiful. The lighting is good, the fans have great output and the remotes are really easy to navigate. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

We purchased two of these ceiling fans for our sunroom and expected them to last much longer than they did. Just over a year after installation, one fan began smoking and emitting a strong burning odor, forcing us to disconnect it from the ceiling immediately. While we were trying to decide how to handle the situation, since we needed matching fans and didn’t want to purchase the same model again, the second fan stopped working entirely. To make matters worse, these fans were quite difficult to install. After experiencing both a potential safety issue and a complete failure of the second fan in a relatively short period of time, we ended up replacing them with a different product. Based on our experience, we were very disappointed with the reliability and longevity of these fans and would not recommend them.

I ordered this fan on sale last year. Due to the season I did not attempt to have it installed until this summer. After hiring a handyman to install the fan we found out the fan had a bad motor. I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded. After verifying the fan had been correctly installed and several conversations later it was determined the fan was indeed faulty. A new fan was received and after weeks of trying to coordinate again with the handyman it was successfully installed this past Friday. I appreciate the prompt response from customer service and also getting a replacement fan to me. The fan is quiet and seems easy to use. I also like the design and less blades to collect dust. I anticipate many years of successful use.

We loved this fan so much we bought a second one. We initially bought this for our girls room and my husband was so impressed with the fan speed he wanted one for our primary room. I love that it looks beautiful- can dim/change the light and you pick your fan speed. It also will reverse directions (air flow direction) for the seasons here in the Midwest-all these features some the click of a remote. Installation was easy enough!

We love this fan. It is very easy to install, and looks fantastic. When running at all speeds, it is whisper quiet, and it is great having 6 fan speed options to choose from: between very light air movement at 1 to blow your hair back air movement at 6 and lots of options in between. We also like the ability to switch the light brightnesses to what is best at the time. We did have to contact customer service after about a year because of a malfunction in the remote receiver in the fan, and they were very friendly and responsive. I sent a message it Amazon, and they replied back with their email address. Within a couple of days, they had already sent a replacement at no additional charge, as the fan was still under warranty. It's hard to find customer service like that now with most sellers, especially outside of Amazon's return window. We highly recommend this fan and this seller.
