The daily dose is 3 capsules per day and I spread the 3 throughout the day with the last one around 5 pm. Love the brand

When I purchased this it was hope that I would be able to try an alternative to some of the caffeine filled jitter supplements. Instead of the full dose I started with one a day and I don't like it. It has an ingredient in it that makes me feel as I am having an anxiety/ panic attack and constant itching. Not sure which ingredient it is so I chose to stop taking. I am obviously intolerant or allergic to one or more ingredients. Not the products fault. I'm sure this product is amazing for other but not for me due to super sensitivities and allergies.

It curbs the appetite, great energy and focus. Burns the cortisol. Down 14lbs. now.
