This proofing basket leaves my sourdough in a perfect oval shape. You can use the fabric liner or just use the banneton itself. No need to really wash it, I just rinse the fabric liner with water and the flour comes right off.

The bread lame did not come with package ad shown. I have contacted the seller in the middle of January but still no rrsponse

I'm a little upset about my order. The order said proofing basket, brush and bread fork but I only got the basket. I'm still waiting for my second order ( 04/30 ) and I hope it will be complete.

I like the shape it produces.
