Printer is excellent - hardly any ink with the new printer
Even though the printer is excellent, the ink provided with it immediately showed out when the cartridges where installed. There should be full cartridges included for what you pay!

Great printer
Purchased this for my wife for Christmas. She loves the printer and as far as I know has not had any issues with it.

Mad about what I can do and what I cannot do with this printer
So first the give you started ink that say it will do 100 of things it only 5 thing. It started ink is not much. So I had to buy me ink that was full. So if you get this look for a different company that will give you full ink to start you project with. You cannot do a lot with the printer. I cannot change name on when I get PDF and other files and I can not get good color out of it. I when through 10 different tumbler and still not right.

Love this printer
This printer is awesome, fast and quiet. The only negative I have to say about it is the price if ink is extremely high for someone KB a budget. Although the ink does seem to last longer than other printers. I would buy it again.

The ink was almost zero when I got it and to buy more is $350. It's good besides that

You’ll Pay More Than It’s Worth FOR SURE!
Horrible ProductThis machine is definitely not user friendly. I was able to use non-sawgrass ink at first and it kind of worked. Then they updated and for “some reason” now my ink isn’t reading properly. Honestly, their ink isn’t worth over $300! I should have researched this more thoroughly before I purchased it. Unfortunately, it’s too late for me to return now. This product is VERY PROPRIETARY! It doesn’t work well with other products and they charge the crap out of you for EVERYTHING! If you’re a crafter, this isn’t for you. Modification of a regular printer is the way to go. I won’t EVER use these products or affiliated software/devices again.
